Our parsley and garlic churned butter was elected the best new product in 2007 after being tasted by 400 consumers.

Our region is Brittany and it inspires us to do better every day. Laiterie Le Gall has been an active member of the “Produit En Bretagne” association for nearly 15 years.
The main goal of Produit en Bretagne is to promote jobs in Brittany.

For many years and every year, our know-how has been rewarded by the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries

In 2008, our churned butter made from mild unsalted raw milk was awarded a silver medal at the General Agricultural Competition.

So Laiterie Le gall offers a range of organic dairy products, from organic farming, preserving the natural environment and winning back the quality of water, earth and air. We therefore participate in the development of farming methods that respect the diversity of natural ecosystems and the environment, thanks to our products containing no chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides, or even synthetic insecticides or fungicides.
