

Created in 1923, Laiterie Le Gall has always stood for high quality products using traditional manufacturing methods and a know-how that is perpetuated through generations.
In 1992, with this commitment in mind, it was natural that they should develop an organic range: churned butter, crème fraîche, ultra-fresh, milks, soups, etc.
The milk we use to make our products with comes EXCLUSIVELY from French farms, guaranteeing high quality fresh products. Good milk for good butter, good fresh cream for good fermented milk.
Thanks to a 45 person organization on a human scale, a relationship of trust and dialogue with our customers exists and is maintained.
Did you know? At Laiterie Le Gall, master butter makers still make our butter. They are the only ones to hold the key to how it is made.
