Churned butter is “the butter our grandmothers made”. It is the result of a long manufacturing process including a 12 to 16-hour cream maturing stage and nearly 4 hours of churning.  It is obtained through a 24-hour process, as opposed to an industrial butter, which is made in less than an hour. You will now understand why LE GALL churned butter is so creamy and rich in flavour!

Crème fraîche:

Real, richly flavoured crème fraîche, with 30% fat. Send your taste buds into raptures, 100% guaranteed!

Ultra-fresh:

These are 100% vegetable desserts made with rice with appealing nutritional values: cholesterol, gluten, and soya-free, providing a natural source of calcium! (One pot covers 15% of the recommended daily intake in calcium: 120 mg).
